More Living With Diabetes Jan 1, 1970, 5:00 am
I still am doing a lousy job of controlling my diabetes.
First problem – not sleeping.
Second problem – making poor eating choices.
Sleeping really affects choice making ability. Have done better on getting to bed last two days but will take a while to fill that bank.
